Role Title: Warehouse Lead

Senior Purpose: The lead assists the department supervisor by organizing and monitoring workflow and employees. He or she assists the warehouse supervisor in daily operations. This individual supports the department and oversight people, processes, systems and materials within the receiving/finished goods and shipping area.
Reports to: Materials & Quality Manager
Level of Work: This position must be able to lead various processes within the department, varying degrees of importance, difficulty and time frames. This person should be able to plan and work on short-term initiatives as well as longer term projects. Additionally, this role requires the need to be assessing and proactively improving processes as well as solving problems as they occur.
