1. Read, interpret, understand, and efficiently perform multiple operations by following instructions, guidelines, policies, procedures, and rules.
2. Apply gel-coat on various components, including boat decks, hulls, and FRP parts.
3. Participate in maintaining equipment, minimizing downtime, and cleaning tools.
4. Comply with safety protocols and adhere to established procedures.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent is highly desirable. Prior experience in assembly roles within a heavy manufacturing setting is a must. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory, along with proficiency in English language.
