Salary Package

Job Description

As an Sr. International Tax Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing tax planning and research for both foreign and domestic tax concerns, ensuring compliance with foreign/domestic tax laws and regulations, including U.S. tax consequences related to foreign operations. You will also review quarterly and annual tax provision calculations and tax account reconciliations prepared by regional tax preparers, identify and conduct research around complex tax issues and projects as required, and manage staff work assignments ahead of important deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required, and a Master's degree in Taxation is preferred.
• A CPA license is mandatory, and at least 10 years of experience in a combination of private industry and public accounting corporate income tax department is expected.
