What are the responsibilities and job description for the Material Handler position at Yamaha Motor?
We are hiring a full time Material Handler
The Material Handler supports the warehouse and production operations in transporting materials, waste, and product as needed. This associate checks in, picks up, and puts away all finished goods every day. Additionally, the Material Handler pulls, transfers, and delivers raw material & operating supplies throughout the company. This role requires picking, pulling, and preparing outgoing shipments (UPS, Fed-Ex, truck line, etc), as well as checking all incoming deliveries against the packing list and receiving them in. The Material Handler will also assist with keeping all departments stocked with items used in the production process and help maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
This is a full-time opening at our Greenfield Location on 1887 W. New Road:
Starting Hourly Rate- $ 17.50
- Attendance Bonus up to $180 each pay period or $2 per hour equivalency
We are looking for candidates with:
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Experience working in manufacturing production and warehouse environments preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The employee must have the ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach, push, pull, twist, crawl, climb stairs/ladders, and be able to lift to a maximum of 50 pounds.
