JOB SUMMARY:
Performs various repetitive tasks on wooden pattern plugs or fiberglass molds for decks, hulls or other fiberglass parts requiring a mold.
JOB DUTIES:
- Furnish a high-quality mold by preparing, repairing, cleaning, maintaining, waxing, polishing, and sanding molds
- Mix solutions for fiberglass laminations or repair
- Modify existing molds per specifications
- Any other duties assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to perform walking, standing, sitting, bending, kneeling, pushing/pulling for 8 hours a day
- Ability to lift 20 lbs.
- Ability to work in heat
- Ability to work around dust, chemical, fumes and fiberglass particles
- Manual dexterity
- Use of hand tools
- Detail oriented
- Have good quality habits
- Have good attendance habits
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to drive forklift/learn to drive
Pay: From $19.06 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
