Yamato Transport U.S.A. Inc., an international shipping company, is looking for a full time customer service oriented Field Representative Coordinator who is quite friendly, professional, organized and loves working in a team. As one of our Field Representative Coordinators, you will be part of a team of moving experts whose primary responsibilities are moving and transporting household items to and from our client’s homes and our warehouse. You will be providing an exclusive and sophisticated customer service experience to our clients while interfacing with international clients who are primarily from Japan. It is extremely important you believe in delivering a great experience to our clients. It is a steady job with various benefits including health insurance, 401K, etc. if you are successfully hired as a full-time employee. However, it requires overnight stay at a hotel sometimes (about 2 -4 times a month), and a few hours overtime, depending on the day and season.
