About the Role
We are looking for a Part-Time Warehouse Clerk to support our dispatch, documentation, and customer communication processes. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented who enjoys administrative tasks in a fast-paced logistics environment. No heavy lifting required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
- Coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff for efficient dispatch operations
- Monitor and update shipment tracking information
- Communicate with customers via email and phone regarding shipment schedules, updates, and inquiries
- Verify and maintain accurate inventory and order records in the system
- Assist with data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks related to warehouse operations
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth logistics operations
Qualifications:
- Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, dispatch, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, inventory & dispatch systems preferred)
- Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy in documentation
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
