Job Responsibility :
Campaign Planning:
Develop, oversee, and execute the implementation of a campaign calendar to drive exposure and performance of domain products.
Team player: Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (retail, marketing, product, and operations) to ensure alignment on customer engagement strategies and campaign execution.
Performance Analysis: Monitor key metrics, such as GMV and domain growth, to assess the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Customer Engagement Strategies:
- Lead customer acquisition and retention efforts through innovative channels and collaboration with other Marketing functions(e.g., social media, email marketing, partnerships, search engine marketing, etc.).
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure consistency and effectiveness in campaigns. Offer data-driven recommendations to optimize engagement workflows and enhance campaign strategies.
Project Leadership: Assign and oversee team projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met while balancing workloads effectively.
Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field.
- 4- 5 years of experience in campaign management, customer engagement, or a related area.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with experience coordinating cross-departmental teams.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin, with excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proven experience with customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and apply data-driven decision-making.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and social media platforms
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for beauty and household products and understanding of respective customers
- Positive attitude and flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs
Qualifications (Preferred):
- Experience in e-commerce or consumer brand industries.
- Previous involvement in leading customer engagement campaigns across diverse channels.
