Job DescriptionWe are looking for a marketing specialist with a passion for K-beauty and K-food to help Yami expand its outreach among Korean customers in the US. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring Korean customers and building trust within Korean communities. We value creativity, entrepreneurship, and boldness in developing new strategies from the scratch, especially in leveraging word-of-mouth marketing.
Responsibilities :
Market Analysis and Strategy Development : Research and analyze trends within Korean communities to identify opportunities for customer acquisition and brand enhancement.Campaign Execution : Design and implement marketing campaigns tailored to Korean customers, utilizing various channels such as social media, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.Content Creation : Develop engaging and culturally relevant content to increase brand awareness and engagement among Korean customers.Community Engagement : Organize and participate in community / school events and ambassador program to build brand presence and trust.Influencer Collaboration : Identify and collaborate with Korean influencers and key opinion leaders on different social media platforms to amplify campaign reach and effectiveness.Performance Tracking : Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess ROI and optimize strategies for better results.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, such as product, retail, and customer engagement, to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives
Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in digital media, marketing, advertising, or communications.Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.Familiar with Korean and Asian food and cosmetic productsNative Korean language proficiency is required.Experience in e-commerce platforms is highly preferred.Previous experience in a Korean-oriented brand marketing is a plus.Benefits & Compensation :
