Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Sr ICQA Analyst to ensure optimal quality and efficiency in our business and operations. This role involves managing inventory accuracy, overseeing quality, and establishing effective audit mechanisms. The Sr ICQA Analyst will lead quality improvement projects with a strong focus on reducing the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and enhancing inventory accuracy, audit compliance, and process optimization. This role requires data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and process standardization to drive continuous improvement in warehouse and fulfillment operations.
Quality Improvement & COPQ Reduction
Identify and reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) through root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inventory control, fulfillment accuracy, and operational efficiency.Utilize data analytics (SQL, Excel, BI tools) to track trends and support decision-making.Inventory Accuracy & Process Optimization
Monitor and improve inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and root cause analysis.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse and fulfillment efficiency.Establish and optimize Andon Cord processes to reduce defects and drive operational excellence.
Audit Leadership & Compliance
Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with operational and customer quality standards.Enforce SOPs to standardize processes and minimize defects.Prepare and maintain audit documentation, including responses to findings and CAPA implementation.Customer Complaint Handling & Loss Prevention
Investigate customer complaints, determine root causes, and implement preventive measures.Maintain a complaint-tracking system to analyze and resolve recurring issues.Develop and implement loss prevention strategies to reduce operational risks.Proactively identify and address quality pain points to ensure a seamless customer experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate quality standards and enhance satisfaction.KPI Development & Continuous Improvement
Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for quality and inventory control.Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to drive process standardization and efficiency improvements.Work closely with purchasing and warehouse teams to drive end-to-end supply chain quality management. Implement quality controls to reduce defects, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.Qualifications and Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Engineering, Process Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in Inventory Control within a high-volume warehouse environment.Proven ability to push for change and drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve quality-related challenges.Strong data-driven mindset, with a results-oriented approach and the ability to measure the impact of improvements.Deep understanding of inventory control, process optimization, and quality assurance in warehouse operations.Expertise in Lean Management principles, with hands-on experience in 5S, root cause analysis, and Kaizen.Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and BI dashboards to support decision-making.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to influence and align different teams toward common quality goals.
