What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Training Professional position at Yanfeng Automotive?
- Works with supervisors, managers, and leadership team in creating progressive standardized training plans for departments as required.
- Tracks required initial and refresher training schedules.
- Assist supervisor/managers with administering skills assessment tools.
- Organizes and coordinates training sessions; reserves space for training, ensures that audiovisual equipment is available and operating, distributes materials such as handouts and quizzes, and handles other similar details and tasks.
- Presents training materials, presentations, assists in orientations.
- Assist managers/supervisors to establish development plans for employees.
- Maintains records of attendance and successful completion of training
- Continually evaluates training progress and training procedures to monitor and analyses course effectiveness and update curriculum as needed.
- Assist the HR Manager in the STR (Succession/HiPo) process.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in the meetings required in the plant.
- Administration and correct use of the formats established in the IOS.
- Creating PowerPoint presentations.
- Assist in tracking cost improvement/savings projects in the training area.
- Ensure required information for monthly closing meetings (KPIs).
Educational Level:
Bachelor's Level Degree
Area of Study: Education, Human Resources, Psychology or other related field.

- Equivalent work experience may also be considered for certain positions.
Required Qualifications:
3-5 Minimum Years of Experience in HR within an international company.
Less Than 1 Minimum Years of Experience within the automotive industry.
Must be able and willing to travel and work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants which might require climbing, lifting, or working in confined spaces.
