What are the responsibilities and job description for the Master Scheduler position at Yanfeng Automotive?
Supervisory Capacity : No Supervisory Responsibilities
- Reports finished goods and component items based on capacity requirements.
- Communicates short and long-term customer production
- Ensures timely output of product in response to customer orders; Analyze, addressand communicate production issues in a timely manner; Work to develop solutions and improve production performance.
- Publish and perform root cause analysis in Actual vs. Scheduled Production, Downtime and Company KPIs.
- Calculates resulting requirements for raw materials, WIP, purchases parts and packaging based on MRP methodology.
- Coordinates equipment repairs or maintenance with appropriate personnel with zero impact to customers.
- Plans, coordinates andexecutes product bank builds in accordance to company policies
- Participation in physical inventory.
- Participates in Launch, Balance Out and End Change meetings.
Essential Common Requirements for all Employees :
Required Education Level :
Bachelor's Level Degree Area of Study : Industrial Engineering, Scheduling, Supply Chain Management or similar.
