Our office is fast-paced, and candidates must be self-motivated, reliable, and personable. We place great emphasis on teamwork!!! Just ask our team! Job duties include dental assisting, airway management, sterilization and some lab duties. Surgical assistants also help with consultations and obtaining x-rays or CT scans on our patients.
You will be expected to ensure excellent customer service and lift administrative and basic office tasks off the surgeon’s shoulders. Dental assistants should be well-organized with great attention to detail. Following instruction and asking good questions is a must! We want you to be skilled in providing direct or indirect patient care, anticipate the next step, take initiative, and be able to make surgical procedures as smooth as possible.
