Confirmation Specialist

Yankee Home Improvement,one of the best known companies in the North East, is seeking an experienced and talented call center representative to fill the vital role of Confirmation Specialist.

This is currently a part-time position, but it does include our part-time benefits package, including a matching 401k and part-time vacation time.

Hours: Full-time sachedule: 12pm-8pm Tues- Friday and every Saturday 9AM-2:30PM.

Earning potential of $22-$25/hour base pay PLUS generous bonuses for confirming and qualifying appointments with leads that have been pre-set by our call center.

The Confirmation Specialist reaches out to our customers in order to confirm and approve their previously scheduled, in-home appointments with a Yankee Home Design Consultant.

The Confirmation Specialist will perform the following job responsibilities:

• Contact prospects via telephone, email, and SMS to confirm or reject their scheduled appointments.
• Provide logistical / GPS support for our Design Consultants in the Field.
• Make outreach calls to reschedule prior cancelled appointments.
