The essential function of the Plumbing Coordinator is to support the plumbing department including scheduling estimates and jobs, managing overall schedule, managing services, scheduling services, ordering services parts, keeping customers updated, managing paperwork for plumbers, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The Plumbing Coordinator will be expected to promote and adhere to the workplace values of Yankee Home.

Hours
The schedule for the Plumbing Coordinator is Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00am- 4pm
Qualifications

Education/ Experience
Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) or equivalent from an accredited four-year college; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Schedule estimates and jobs for plumbing customers with accurate sourcing and customer information
- Handle communication for any cancelled jobs or jobs that need to be rescheduled
- Ensure Salesforce and Service Titan schedules for plumbers are accurate and up to date
- Provide office support to Plumbers while they are in the field
- Ensure all Yankee Home Bath installs and services are carried over to Service Titan
- Other duties as assigned
Professionalism – regular attendance and timeliness are essential
- Adhering to Yankees dress code
- Arriving on time for scheduled shifts
- Attending all scheduled team meetings
- Clocking in and out of each shift
