Position Summary :
The Senior Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to elevate Yankee Home Improvement's brand, drive customer acquisition, and support overall revenue growth. This individual will oversee a significant marketing budget and lead a team focused on creative campaigns, lead procurement, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring experience from a large home improvement company or a similar industry and demonstrate a proven track record of scaling marketing initiatives.
What The Position is About :
- Oversee all marketing & lead generation for the company's two locations with plans to expand into a third location in 2025
- Develop and implement new marketing strategies for lead generation and aggressive growth (30% ) such as big box stores, retail, events, canvassing
- Oversee the entire marketing division including the call center, digital, traditional, and nontraditional marketing
- Maintain marketing budgets & KPIs
- Coach and mentor the team to optimize their performance and professional growth
- Develop and manage relationships with marketing vendors, local media, regional charitable organizations, and other outside relationships.
- Advance the company's marketing technology systems by working with teams to identify enhancements and execute innovative solutions
