Duties
- Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of Specialty, Internal Medicine and Diagnostic Imaging departments.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance utilization management processes and improve patient outcomes.
- Provide medical administrative support by coordinating schedules, managing patient flow, and addressing any operational challenges.
- Conduct regular audits of clinical practices to ensure compliance with established protocols and standards.
Experience
- 4 year degree in nursing, healthcare, or business administration is preferred.
- 2 years of Managerial experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
