What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Coordinator – Yankton position at Yankton Medical Clinic?
Pediatrics
Immediate opening for full-time (32-40 hours per week) patient coordinator in the Pediatrics department. The schedule includes Monday through Friday. Duties include assisting the department and staff in providing high-quality patient care. Functions as a bridge of communication between the patient, the physician and ancillary services both within and outside of the clinic. CMA certification preferred but not required.
Must have excellent customer service, communication and computer skills; be detailed oriented and able to handle multiple tasks. Phone experience and medical background are helpful.
