Yankwitt LLP – a White Plains litigation firm – is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Associate to join its expanding Complex Commercial Litigation team. Ideal candidates will have:
· 1 to 6 years in a leading New York law firm.
· At least one federal clerkship and/or service as Assistant United States Attorney.
· A creative legal mind with an out-of-the-box approach to problem solving.
· The desire to take ownership of their cases.
· A strong work ethic to handle the rigors of complex, interesting litigation matters.
· A desire to generate business.
· Experience working on complex commercial litigations.
Excellent writing and research skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are required.
Salary Discretionary Bonus ranging from $125k to $225k, depending on experience and hours worked.
