Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: In-person, Rochester, MN
Pay: $25–$30 per hour
Job Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Role OverviewAs a paralegal at Yanowitz Law Firm, you’ll play an integral role supporting attorneys, assisting clients, and managing important casework. This position combines administrative, legal, and financial duties—with real room to grow.
Key ResponsibilitiesLegal Support & Case Management- Prepare and review legal documents for estate administration and real estate closings
- Track deadlines and coordinate with courts, financial institutions, and title companies
- Maintain organized and detailed case files, including records for tax filings, distributions, and assets
- Participate in estate planning signings as a third witness
- Track payments, manage ledgers, and assist in finalizing estate accountings
- Support compliance with financial and legal standards, including trust account reconciliation
- Communicate with clients in a warm, professional, and clear manner
- Assist attorneys with document preparation and procedural support
- Contribute to internal SOP development and office process improvements
- A college degree (any field; legal, finance, or accounting background a plus)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Confidence using tech tools and learning new systems
- A calm, clear communication style, especially in emotionally sensitive moments
- A positive, team-first mindset with a proactive attitude
Legal experience is required for this role.
