Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Location: In-person, Rochester, MN

Pay: $21-$24

Job Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)

What You'll Do

You’ll be part of a fast-paced, supportive team environment where each day brings something new. This role blends administrative, legal, and financial responsibilities:

Real Estate & Estate Administration Tasks

  • Prepare closing documents for real estate transactions and probate proceedings
  • Enter asset data for estate tax returns
  • Serve as a third witness during estate plan signings
  • Track deadlines and coordinate with courts, lenders, title companies, and clients
  • Maintain thorough and organized records of filings, assets, and distributions

Bookkeeping & Financial Oversight

  • Support the accounting process, including tracking payments, reconciling trust accounts, and preparing final accounting
  • Help ensure all transactions meet compliance and legal standards

Client & Team Support

  • Serve as a dependable, kind point of contact for clients
  • Assist attorneys with document prep and case management
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of internal SOPs

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • A college degree in any field (finance, accounting, or math is a plus)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management
  • Strong tech skills and adaptability
  • A calm, clear communication style, even during emotionally intense client moments
  • A can-do attitude that’s positive, solution-focused, and proactive

Legal experience is helpful, but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate!
