What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitor position at Yarco?
Key Contributions:
Cleaning: Cleaning vacant units to a market ready status within 24-72 hours as designated by manager while maintaining company standards.
Common Space: Ensure resident satisfaction by maintaining the cleanliness of interior & exterior of property by completing daily tasks in the manner prescribed by company standards.
Supply Room & Equipment: Keep supply rooms fully stocked and in a clean and orderly state, ensure cleanliness of vacuum cleaner and other cleaning equipment/supplies.
Customer Service: Ensure that the resident property meets and exceeds company standards for resident satisfaction and being available on a 24-hour emergency basis.

- Ability to perform tasks involving high levels of cognitive function and judgment
- Not mentally or physically impaired from any cause that can adversely affect ability to safely and competently perform the duties of the position

Position Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or GEC required.
Experience: 1 year of customer service experience.
Physical & Cognitive:. Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds.
If job includes or may include driving for company business:
- Driver must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record with company insurance carrier
- Driver must have reliable means of transportation
- Driver must have the ability to be insurable at standard rates for driving.
- Driver must provide proof of personal auto liability insurance when using vehicles for company business
