What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant - Cloverleaf Apts. position at Yarco Property Management?
Key Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Physical & Cognitive: Ability to lift/push/pull up to 40 lbs.
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred however not required.
Experience: Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook required.
If job includes or may include driving for company business:
- Enter payables into the financial system
- Assist the Accounting department as requested
- Prepare binders and handouts for upcoming training classes
- Cleaning out and emptying unused cubical spaces
- Create filing systems, folders, binders, etc. for the upcoming year (i.e., utility binders, annual report folders)
- Assist in the disposal of files and paperwork to be sorted and shredded
- Research various information via telephone, e-mail, and correspondence as needed.
- Prepare outgoing mail
- Copy and scan documents
- Administer large scanning projects as requested in various departments
- Assist with housing applications, including assembling application packages
- Sorting and uploading bond exhibit request letters to the shared drive
- Assist with miscellaneous audits
- Assist in general research for development
- Utilize graphic design skills for various projects as requested
- Cultivate relationships and camaraderie among corporate office staff
- Other duties as assigned
- Work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
- Ability to perform tasks involving high levels of cognitive function and judgment
- Not mentally or physically impaired from any cause that can adversely affect ability to safely and competently perform the duties of the position
