Position: Crew Leader
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily crew schedules and jobs.
- Inspect and load equipment daily.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer concerns within irrigation systems.
- Present accurate diagnoses to clients and sell necessary repair services.
- Install valves, pipes, controllers, and pumps.
- Operate trenchers and dig with shovels as needed.
- Network and market in the field.
- Ensure on-time arrival and job fulfillment.
- Drive sales growth and upselling.
- Improve operational efficiencies.
Qualifications:
- Customer service-oriented.
- Reliable and trustworthy.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and in various locations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Valid driver's license.
