Parts Coordinator

We are seeking a Parts Coordinator with truck and vehicle experience to join the parts team at our Bensalem, PA location. This is a front-line position that will put you in frequent, daily contact with customers who need parts or service for their terminal tractors. You will work with our parts department to locate, pick, sell, and ship the components our customers need. Training is provided, but you will need a working knowledge of truck parts as well as various types of equipment.

If you’re good with people, can stay organized, and know your way around a truck, this job is for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide excellent customer service over the phone and via email. Being proficient at both is a must.

· Relate to customers, coworkers, and vendors – be a problem solver.

· Manage the parts counter and hit sales targets and goals.

· Handle multiple inquiries in a busy environment to satisfy customer demand.

· Process orders for fulfillment. You will need to know how shipping, receiving, and warehousing works.

· Work with a team as well as independently to meet customer needs.

· Maintain availability to work scheduled hours with possible overtime. This is strictly an in-person position.

REQUIREMENTS

· 2 – 4 years of experience in parts counter sales.

· The ability to prioritize customer support.

· The ability to juggle competing deadlines.

· Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

· Hydraulics and air knowledge preferred but not necessary.

· Basic proficiency with computers and office software.
