We are seeking a creative culinary badass and Executive Chef with a passion for creating seasonal menus, developing people, mentoring teams and running an awesome restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess a background in both casual and fine dining and possess some hotel or restaurant experience. We are looking for someone that understands how to build creative and seasonal menus, with a passion for training and inspiring the service team.

As the Executive Chef you will be responsible for the standards of the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality products and processes are being followed in your kitchen.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Lead a kitchen and culinary operations, people and processes
- Develop innovative and seasonal menus that reflect current culinary trends
- Oversee inventory management to ensure proper stock levels
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to enhance their skills
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to drive service perfection
Experience
- Experience in restaurant management with a focus on fine dining establishments
- Demonstrated expertise in menu planning and execution
- Experience in inventory management practices within a kitchen setting
- Excellent leadership skills with the desire to build YOUR team around you
