We are seeking a creative culinary badass and Executive Chef with a
passion for creating seasonal menus, developing people, mentoring teams and
running an awesome restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess a background in
both casual and fine dining and possess some hotel or restaurant experience. We
are looking for someone that understands how to build creative and seasonal
menus, with a passion for training and inspiring the service team.

As the Executive Chef you will be responsible for the standards
of the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality products and processes are
being followed in your kitchen.
Duties include but are not limited to :
- Lead a kitchen and culinary
operations, people and processes
menus that reflect current culinary trends
ensure proper stock levels
safety and handling regulations
kitchen staff to enhance their skills
staff to drive service perfection
Experience
management with a focus on fine dining establishments
planning and execution
management practices within a kitchen setting
