Responsibilities
include, but are not limited to :
- Overseeing
all restaurant operations, making key decisions to drive success.
financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
food quality, safety, and compliance with all industry standards.
train, and develop a top-tier team that delivers exceptional service.

Requirements :have a minimum of 5 years of GM experience or similar.
business acumen with communication, problem solving and strategic thinking.
in the following dimensions of restaurant functions : food planning and
preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures,
personnel management, recordkeeping, and preparation of reports.
initiative, leadership ability and outgoing.
to motivate employees to work as a team to ensure that food and service meet
appropriate standards.
be able to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of
activities and recommend appropriate solutions to restaurant problems.
possess effective communication skills for dealing with diverse staff.
