Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Overseeing all restaurant operations, making key decisions to drive success.
- Managing financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
- Ensuring food quality, safety, and compliance with all industry standards.
- Lead, train, and develop a top-tier team that delivers exceptional service.
- Cultivating a welcoming atmosphere that embodies Southern hospitality.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of GM experience or similar.
- Strong business acumen with communication, problem solving and strategic thinking.
- Proficient in the following dimensions of restaurant functions: food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and preparation of reports.
- Self-discipline, initiative, leadership ability and outgoing.
- Ability to motivate employees to work as a team to ensure that food and service meet appropriate standards.
- Must be able to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities and recommend appropriate solutions to restaurant problems.
- Must possess effective communication skills for dealing with diverse staff.
