Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and versatile Flooring and Remodeling Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in a variety of flooring installations and remodeling projects, including:
- Flooring Installation:
- Tiles
- Vinyl
- Carpet
- Remodeling Projects:
- Bathroom remodeling
- Kitchen remodeling
- Custom cabinet design and installation
- Kitchen backsplashes

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and measure work areas for accurate flooring and remodeling installations.
- Install tiles, vinyl, and carpet flooring with precision and care.
- Execute bathroom and kitchen remodeling projects, delivering high-quality results.
- Design and install custom kitchen cabinets and backsplashes to meet client specifications.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout all project phases.
- Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during installation or remodeling projects.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in flooring installation and interior remodeling.
- Expertise in tile, vinyl, and carpet installation.
- Proficiency in bathroom and kitchen remodeling, including cabinet and backsplash design.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and follow specifications accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
