About the Role:

Yardi, the global leader in the prop tech industry, is in search of a highly experienced Outside Sales Account Executive to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our Voyager 8 Multifamily products. We are seeking a top performer with knowledge on how to secure Net New Accounts and possesses an understanding SaaS solution. As the ideal candidate, you bring a proven ability to successfully manage the territory and accounts, along with a comprehensive knowledge of the Multifamily sales landscape.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect into non-Yardi accounts to bring new orgs into the net new sales cycle with short term retainment.
  • Apply your interpersonal expertise to drive meaningful connections and partnerships with executive-level stakeholders in multifamily.
  • Gain a deep understanding of clients' business needs and pain points, aligning Yardi's solutions to provide effective solutions.
  • Deliver compelling onsite and virtual presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders, showcasing the value of Yardi's industry-leading SaaS solutions in collaboration with Yardi sales engineers.

Who You Are:

  • Minimum of three years (3 ) of prior sales experience in the software or tech industry.
  • Thorough understanding of sales cycle management principles, including lead-generation, discovery and qualification, pricing, packaging, and positioning, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closure.
  • Strong ability to effectively manage and grow Mid-Market accounts, demonstrating exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.

Helpful to have:

  • Yardi domain and/or property technology experience.
  • Industry expertise in property management (multifamily, commercial or other real estate verticals).
  • Educational background or experience with accounting principles.

$80,000 - $90,000 base salary commission target
