Travel Coordinator

About the Role:

Join Yardi’s travel team as a Travel Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for business travelers. In this dynamic role, you’ll respond to travel inquiries, assist with booking arrangements, and help resolve travel-related issues. You’ll also work closely with vendors, facilitate direct billing, and provide guidance on company travel policies and tools. If you’re detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role offers the opportunity to support global travel operations while delivering exceptional service.

Candidates may be based in Oxnard, CA, Santa Ana, CA, or Atlanta, GA.

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor multiple travel-related email boxes and promptly respond to inquiries

• Provide Yardi travelers with general travel help and guidance

• Maintain knowledge of and assists travelers with understanding of company travel policy; respond to travel policy questions

• Assist with resolving travel complications and emergencies

• Help travelers utilize travel tools such as Conferma; assist with invoicing and payment issues

• Assist with vendor issues (e.g., car rentals, hotels, trains)

• Facilitate direct bill payments for rental cars, conference hotel bookings, and boutique airline reservations

• Book and manage travel for new hires and international visitors as needed

• Facilitate communication between travelers and our Travel Management Company (TMC)

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in tourism, travel, business, or related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• One plus (1 ) years of travel industry experience as a travel coordinator, travel manager, or similar role

• Knowledge of domestic and international travel regulations and customs

• Familiarity with SAP Concur

• Analytical and critical thinking skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Team-oriented with the ability to engage with all levels of employees and vendors

• Microsoft 365 proficiency
