About the Role :
Join Yardi as an Associate Account Executive and unlock your sales potential. As an inside Sales Associate Account Executive your role is crucial in driving sales and expanding the reach of our solutions within the assigned territory, with a focus on small- to medium-sized accounts . You will be responsible for executing end-to-end sales cycles, starting from lead generation to successfully closing deals, all while consistently meeting individual sales goals.
What You'll Do :
- Drive sales of Yardi solutions within the assigned territory, focusing on small- to medium-sized accounts.
- Execute end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to closing deals, while meeting individual sales goals.
- Devote a minimum of 4 hours per day to phone-based activities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and identifying key decision makers.
- Skillfully navigate the sales process to successfully close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Prioritize proactive prospecting to identify new opportunities and expand your client base.
- Dedicate time and effort to qualifying leads and ensuring alignment with key decision makers.
- Participate in marketing events, effectively showcasing Yardi's solutions.
