What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships,particularly focusing on their marketing strategies and website supportneeds.
- Deliver outstanding customer support via phone and email,addressing updates, changes, troubleshooting issues with RentCafe websites, andensuring client satisfaction.
- Manage multiple creative projects by communicating assetsrequired, key milestones and associated timelines, and providing best practicerecommendations for marketing and website support.
- Setting clear expectations with clients surrounding creativeproject workflow, project milestone deadlines, and frameworkfunctionality.
- Provide exceptional consultation by listening to clients’business needs and offering strategic marketing solutions.
- Train clients in new product features, functionality, andbest practices to ensure effective use of our products.
- Effectively troubleshoot website issues, demonstratingstrong problem-solving skills, and providing thorough documentation for anyescalated cases.
- Help with QA of marketing issues as they arise, ensuringaccuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills and attentionto detail, particularly during QA processes.
- Build rapport with clients, anticipate their business needs,and proactively provide marketing and website support solutions.
- Be an integral part of our outstanding team, collaboratingclosely with RentCafe Marketing Support team members across the United Statesand Canada.
- Maintain a friendly and cooperative communication style,fostering a collaborative work environment.
