Yardmaster is hiring for a Corporate Sales Manager!
The Corporate Sales Manager will be an integral part of our team dedicated to profitably growing revenue across new and innovative channels. The Corporate Sales Manager is a strategic self-starter with a knack for developing action plans to execute and capitalize on existing and current markets. The Corporate Sales Manager will report directly to our COO.
- Responsible for Monitoring, evaluating and correcting sales performance across all branches
- Responsible for driving Business Development
- Develop best practices for estimates, proposals, and presentation to clients.
- Train and manage all account managers
- Provide accountability to Account managers and business developers to the company’s SOP’s
- Develop proof-of-concept reports and recommendations on long-term strategies around growth opportunities.
- Attend conferences and business events for networking and lead generation
- Interact closely with management team to set business growth strategies and goals
- Establish advertising campaigns and sales approaches to successfully sell to new markets
Qualifications
- 10 years of industry experience
- Degree in the industry or business is preferred
- Have an acute understanding of sales processes and how they relate to business goals
