The Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and personable Customer Success Associate to be the caring and supporting face of YARDZ for our customers. You’ll guide new users through onboarding, build and execute rollout plans, deliver engaging trainings, and ensure ongoing success for YARDZ customers. You should have high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to cleanse or strategically review data, and working cross-functionally with our product and support teams to advocate for the customer.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of customers
- Lead onboarding and training sessions for new users
- Develop and manage rollout plans tailored to customer needs
- Analyze customer data using Excel and standardize the data
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback
- Monitor account health and proactively address issues or churn risks
- Create documentation and training materials when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related role in SaaS
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience creating and leading customer training (virtual and/or in-person)
- Comfortable working with data in Excel (formulas, basic analysis)
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Experience working with construction or field service software is a plus

Salary : $42,000 - $60,000
