As a Customer Service Representative - BDC at our dealership, you'll be responsible for working directly with our customers. Directing them to the proper location, building a relationship between them and the dealership group, scheduling appointments and any number of activities associating with following thru on our mission of creating a world class automotive experience.
Responsibilities :
- Greets customer and listens to their request
- Provide the most direct approach to the customer request using the processes and procedures that are in place
- If necessary, follow up with department or customer to ensure proper outcome
- Work with various computer platforms proficiently
- Attends / completes required training and department meetings
- Regular and predictable attendance
