Job Summary
We are seeking a Masters level licensed clinician with the necessary background and training to take over a thriving eating disorder outpatient practice in Greensburg, PA. Will potentially have in place several clients in place and will work with the current therapist prior to assuming the role. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our team. Duties
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to address clients' emotional and psychological needs.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and client goals.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Provide crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring the safety of clients.
- Stay updated on best practices in therapy techniques and mental health trends through ongoing education and training.
