We areseeking a talented Automation Program Manager to drive the successfulimplementation of automation solutions across our organization. This role willbe instrumental in identifying, designing, and deploying automation projectsthat enhance business efficiency, reduce operational costs, and improve processaccuracy. As a hands-on leader, you will oversee a team ofdevelopers and work closely with key stakeholders to deliver impactfulautomation solutions that align with our digital vision and operationalexcellence objectives.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Project Management : Lead end-to-end automation project delivery, from ideation through implementation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Work closely with business leaders, department heads, and key stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage expectations.
- Solution Design : Collaborate with the team to design efficient, scalable automation solutions that meet business needs, incorporating RPA and other relevant and various technologies, including database, web, and various SaaS
- Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement, analyze current workflows, and recommend optimized solutions.
- Team Leadership : Oversee a team of automation developers and project managers, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure quality delivery and working with many stakeholders, from business to technical internal and external partners.
- Change Management : Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions into existing processes.
- Performance Tracking : Define and track metrics to measure the success of automation initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
