We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Power Platform Developer to join our team at YASH Technologies.
This role involves driving the design, development, and implementation of business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure services. As a Lead Power Platform Developer, you will lead a team of developers, establish governance frameworks, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency and integrate with enterprise systems.
About the Role:
- Design and develop comprehensive solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, and Power Pages.
- Architect robust data models and implement complex business logic.
- Create and optimize workflows and business processes using Power Automate.
- Develop custom connectors and integrate with external systems through APIs.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Ensure solutions adhere to best practices for security, performance, and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Document technical specifications and maintain solution documentation.
About You:
- 5 years of experience developing with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Advanced expertise in Power Apps development (both Canvas and Model-driven).
- Strong proficiency with Power Automate for complex workflow automation.
- Experience building and maintaining Power Pages sites.
- Solid understanding of Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service).
- Proficiency with SharePoint and SharePoint Online integration.
- Proficiency in JavaScript for extending platform capabilities.
- Experience with API integration and custom connector development.
- Knowledge of SQL and database design principles.
- Familiarity with Azure services complementary to Power Platform.
- Experience with DevOps & ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
