SUMMARY
Continually improve and create professional sales tools that will in turn support selling, training and promotional efforts. Coordinate, develop and produce various sales tools including, but not limited to, brochures, data sheets, case studies, trade show and event signage. Develop and produce various material to support corporate events (sales meetings, open houses, etc.). This position is onsite at our Miamisburg, Ohio location.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Coordinate, design, produce new data sheets, brochures, case studies, technical bulletins
• Coordinate, design, produce new post show mailers, direct mail pieces, etc.
• Coordinate, design, produce special marketing material such as invitations, nametags, etc.
• Coordinate, design, produce trade show and event signage, banners, etc.
• Provide logo files as required
• Design new logos, special graphics templates as required
• Design new advertisements as required
• Work with external vendors to secure quotes and coordinate production
• Provide creative support for other departments as required
• Work to improve corporate “Look and Feel” consistency throughout the company
• Provide creative input, design and produce any special projects as required (i.e. annual holiday mailing).
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor of Arts Degree and zero to two years experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of experience and education. A degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related industry is a plus.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Must have excellent written and verbal skills
• Must have technical and marketing writing/editing skills
• Basic graphics capabilities and formatting skills
• Must have project management experience and be able to manage multiple projects
• Must be highly organized and deadline-driven
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, PageMaker, PhotoShop, Illustrator, and Excel
• Ability to work on PC and Mac platforms
• Working knowledge of Web site and electronic presentation design - including Fireworks and Dreamweaver.
• Ability to execute projects from concept through production
• A working knowledge of graphic techniques, scanning devices and print production
• Ability to communicate effectively within different levels of the organization
