Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reviews all job orders as line up on assembly line conveyor.
- Prioritizes job orders to be completed each day by due date.
- Starts/turns on equipment required to perform assembly jobs each day.
- Assembles each job order according to detailed instructions.
- Inspects for dimensional accuracy and performs dimensional inspection to ensure compliance with sales order.
- Prepares assembled job for move to next station.
- Completes required verification documents for each assembly order.
- Other duties as assigned

Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Equipment:
- Micrometers measuring tools
- Calipers measuring tools
Knowledge, Skills and Other Abilities:
- Mechanically inclined
- Ability to read blueprints
- Ability to read tape measures
- Knowledge of how seals hold pressure
- Ability to assemble cylinders, dry test, and check dimensions for accuracy.
