What are the responsibilities and job description for the Design Assistant position at Yates Remodeling LLC?
A Message from the Owner, Cameron Yates
For the past 20 years, remodeling has been my world. It’s not just my job; it’s my passion. I pour my heart and soul into every project, adhering to a simple philosophy: if it’s worth doing, it’s worth doing with excellence. At Yates Remodeling, we don’t cut corners, not with our projects, not with our people.
We hold ourselves to the highest standards of integrity, quality, and craftsmanship. The question I always ask is, "If it’s not good enough for your home, why would it be good enough for someone else’s?" I value autonomy and efficiency. If you can achieve excellence in your own way, I support it. To me, being effective means doing the right thing at the right time in the right way.
As we expand into a new office space, we are taking the next step in our company’s growth, creating room for a future showroom that will elevate the design experience for our clients. This new space will allow us to better serve our customers, organize our materials, and provide a hands-on, immersive design process. We are growing, and we want the best people to grow with us.
