- Performs a variety of clerical and office tasks, including entering and retrieving data from computer database programs, maintaining filing systems, compiling data and preparing reports; receiving money and entering receipts; handling incoming phone calls and assisting visitors; keeping account and other office records; proofreading and coding; and coordinating flow of clerical work with that of other departments and agencies.
- Handles public and agency requests for records information, both by telephone and in person.
- Classifies reports, sorts, and analyzes information, compiles statistics, verifies information, and builds and maintains statistical data.
- May perform special project research and analysis as assigned.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
A minimum of one (1) year of general office experience.
Additional Requirements:
Must possess a valid Arizona driver’s license.
