- Maintains exemption, organizational, split and combination databases.
- Processes property and recorded documents
- Assists with general customer service duties.
- Audits income statements. Provides customers maps, variances, ownership reports, section, township, and range including working with legal descriptions utilizing GIS ArcView.
- Determines location of improvements on split parcels and compute acreage and lot dimensions.
- Audits income statements for senior valuation freeze per State Statute.
- Audits accounting of business personal property schedules and assessments.
- Audits Motor Vehicle Division reports in tracking manufactured housing county-wide.
- Maintains permit database
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
