Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
A minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible administrative experience.
Additional Requirements
Must possess a valid Arizona driver’s license.
Must possess a current fingerprint clearance card Issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety.

Major Duties, Responsibilities
- Provides customer service and community resource information regarding rules, regulations, policies, and codes.
- Participates in development and implementation of protocols, policies, and practices that improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and expand services of the assigned program.
- Composes correspondence, generates reports, and other documents requiring significant detail and accuracy.
- Collects and analyzes data, performs audits, makes recommendations to ensure program compliance is met.
- Works with staff to identify, develop, and implement processes and practices for ongoing quality improvement.
- Orders supplies, maintains inventory control and recordkeeping for office.
- Trains staff and assigns duties to others as necessary.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
