- Collaborates with department leaders in the identification and development of initial and on-going competencies.
- Creates and documents education plans in partnership with leadership team to meet strategic and operational initiatives of the organization.
- Develops and facilitates continuing education (CE) programs as a member of the Dignity Health Arizona Region Provider Unit in collaboration with the Primary Nurse Planner and Lead planners.
- Serves as a resource for clinical student experiences.
Qualifications
Minimum
- BSN required
- 5 years RN clinical practice in area of specialty required
- Arizona or compact state RN license
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support for healthcare providers
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
Preferred
- Masters degree preferred
- Specialty certification and/or 2 years teaching preferred
- Experience with spreadsheets databases graphics applications preferred
Pay Range
$42.69 - $61.91 /hour
Salary : $43 - $62
