We are seeking an experienced and skilled Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) RN to join our team at Yavapai Regional Medical Center. As a MICU RN, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, working closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive patient plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized patient care based on assessment of physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive patient plans
- Participate in educational programs to stay current with best practices and technologies
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in the state of Arizona
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in critical care nursing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high acuity patients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
