Certification Details ACLS BLS Job Details Hospital in central AZ in need of travel RNs for a MEDICAL / SURGICAL INTENSIVE CARE RN. Job Requirements Must have ACLS Must have BLS Must have IABP and Prismaflex CRRT experience Must have good EKG reading skills Schedule Information 7-7 shifts Schedules made 4 weeks in advance 4 weekend shifts per pay period 1 holiday and an eve of another holiday required Floating to East and working PCU may be required Unit Specific Information Unit : ICU-CVICU / COVID / MS - West Campus Nurses should be able to interpret ABGs Nurses monitor tele monitors 8 hours of general hospital orientation followed by 2 shifts on the unit with a preceptor Additional Details Nurse : Patient Ratios : 1 : 1-2 in ICU per acuity / staffing Common diagnoses / Types of patients : COVID, manual proning, Low level neuro, EVD, DKA, sepsis, PN, ARF, CRRT, rhabdo, post MI, Detox, chest tubes, art line, SWAN Charge Nurse / House Supervisor available 24 / 7 RT covers all areas but not in ICU 24 / 7
