Uses outstanding customer service skills to schedule surgical procedures, perform pre-admission patient consultations and insurance authorizations. Utilizes software applications, and/or other supporting systems or documentation to ensure scheduling accuracy and expediency. Provides front office support for the practice.

Qualifications
Required:
- One year prior front office or clerical experience.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Basic Computer skills, Google-based programs.
- Ability to organize work so that productivity and effectiveness are maximized.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing providing excellent customer service.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities/tasks simultaneously in a fast- paced environment.
Preferred:
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience preferred; Cerner strongly preferred.
- One year surgical scheduling experience.
Pay Range
$18.00 - $20.74/hour
Salary : $18 - $21
